Interview Preparation​

Primary interviews with a recruiter may simply be a 30-minute phone or video call. Additional interviews depend on the company, but your recruiter should guide you and keep you updated throughout the process. Telephonic Interview: Recruiters will ask for Telephonic interview as screening and take a decision or may also call for Face to Face to take final decision. In person interview: Few companies call directly (without telephonic screening) for Face to Face interview which will be the first and final round.

Resume is the Virtual face of the applicant (employee) ,so resume screening is the key to finding a better job. Screening refers to verifying the basic details and documents which are provided by the candidate to make sure every detail of the candidate is in the proper way.
